We ship to most countries within the EU, please refer to the checkout page for a shipping quota.
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number.

Refunds:

The following products cannot be returned

• Products that have been specifically ordered for the customer, i.e. so-called delivery products, brokerage products
• Semiconductors such as microcircuits, memory circuits, linear semiconductors, diodes, transistors, fets, optos, etc.
• Products sold by the meter / cut to length, e.g. cables, wires, fabrics, tapes, etc
• If the product is protected by a hologram sticker and the sticker is broken
• Products that have had to be removed or cut off from the tape / package that holds them
